Are you ready for some football!!!!

Finally a good Super Bowl game (if you like defense, low scoring, clutch drives and you're not a Patriots fan).  So the Giants spoil the "perfect season" as the 1972 Miami Dolphins team cheer from their nursing homes and toast with prune juice.  The Manning's have back-to-back MVP awards (how many families can claim that)!  The commercials were so-so as has been the trend in recent years. I liked the Fed Ex carrier pigeons and Hank the horse who trained to the Rocky music in order to pull the Bud wagon.

No one picked the Giants to win it all (go figure) and only Mark picked them to get past the second round.  OW (aka Bill Smith) wins the overall Pro Picking, Gary is in 2nd, and Jack & Nancy tied for 3rd.  Bill Bond wins the Pro playoff picking.

Again congratulations to the LSU Tigers for winning the national championship. And congrats to Aaron for winning our college picking contest.   Aaron (632-211) whipped us with a significant margin over Nancy (623-220) in second place with Jack in third at 622-221.  By the way, Aaron won the college bowl picking by only missing 6 games (Gary was second missing 8).

Aaron has won the overall Pro/NCAA combined standings (805-305).  Nancy finished second and Jack was one behind in third.

Time to start thinking about March Madness!!!!!!!!

Most Loyal Picker Bill Smith Picked Cowboys, Michigan, Texas A&M & Green Bay every single week (I'm a little dissapointed that he didn't pick Dallas or Green Bay to win the Super Bowl, but he did pick Dallas to get there).
